Cette loi, si elle est promulgu\u00e9e, garantirait non seulement au gouvernement l&#039;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un avocat, mais elle nommerait ou fournirait \u00e9galement un avocat pour ces personnes vuln\u00e9rables.
